Description

The SSL 2 interface is designed for the solo musician offering all the basic connectivity that is required. Despite it's compact dimensions the SSL 2 offers class-leading mic preamps with a full 62dB gain and a noise figure of -130.5dB EIN meaning quieter recordings with more headroom. Additionally, the input stages feature a new analogue process to enhance an input while tracking. The 'Legacy 4K' button imparts a dash of 'secret sauce' inspired by the legacy 4000-series consoles by adding a subtle high frequency boost along with sweet and musical harmonic distortion. The SSL Production pack includes essential plugins and software including SSL's Native VocalStrip 2 and Drumstrip, ProTools First, Ableton Live Lite, 1.5G of indexed and curated samples from Loopcloud and over 2000 sounds with Native Instruments Komplete Start and Hybrid Keys.
