What sets the V7 Vintage apart is its innovative design, crafted to faithfully recreate the classic '70s bass tone favored by Marcus Miller. Its construction enhances rich, expressive character—thanks in large part to the vintage-correct Formvar pickups, which deliver a warm, plush sound. The neck features Sire’s signature Edgeless™ design, offering a remarkably smooth feel that significantly elevates playing comfort and control. It comes with DR Dragon Skin+DBQ5-45 bass strings.



MARCUS MILLER VINTAGE-J REVOLUTION
A signature Formvar pickup set that has a '70s pickup spacing (closer to the bridge) giving a punchier sound. Marcus Miller's original bass has that '70s pickup spacing which is essential to his signature sound.


MARCUS MILLER HERITAGE- 3 PREAMP
Composed of a 3-band EQ and a switch allowing articulate tonal options from the active or classic passive modes.
